In trading in the Zone Mark Douglas talks about the fears that traders have and what causes most retail traders to click out of a winning trade and to let the losses run.Mark Douglas explains how these fears develop and to become a belief in the mind of a trader which causes the trader to behave in the way he does. 
After looking at the fears and all the beliefs that stop most traders from becoming successful, he begins to deliver the way in which a trader can move out from these fears and to move into a better trading mindset.
In the end he talks about developing the traders mindset and how to think like a trader, in which when you reach this chapter you will be thinking very different from your former trading mindset.
